Axe1lyze (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
- The Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

- If the Company receives a request from the user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it will correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user to that effect.
Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If the person requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was acquired by unauthorized means, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and based on the results, implement the Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information, and notify the person to that effect.
